Does Boshart carry control boxes for submersible pumps?

No, we do not carry pump control boxes. Both new and replacement control boxes are typically sold by the supplier of the submersible pump.

Three-wire pump installations require a separate control box at the ground surface. The control box houses the starting components and is usually mounted on a wall above ground, typically in the pump room or pump house near the pressure tank. Three wire pump installations are more complex and may cost a little more up front. However, it makes it easier and cheaper to maintain and replace individual parts instead of the entire motor like if an internal starting component in a two-wire pump was to fail.
