No. You do not need any tools to connect BOSHART BPF and SSPF Push-Fit fittings. You will need some basic tools for cutting and deburring and cleaning the tubing or pipe, as well as a marker to mark the insertion depth. As with any brand of Push Fit fitting and PEX the pipe must be cut square, deburred and free of debris before installing.
