Can the SSPEX-PC Series 304 Stainless Steel Pinch Clamps be used to fastening Cold Expansion PEX connections?

No, the SSPEX-PC Series 304 stainless steel pinch clamps are not for fastening cold expansion PEX fittings.

The pinch clamps are only suitable for fastening crimp type PEX fittings which are manufactured to ASTM 1807 (metal) and ASTM F215 (plastic) which can be fastened by utilizing either a copper crimp ring or stainless steel clamps for SDR9 Cross-linked Polyethylene (PEX) Tubing and SDR9 Polyethylene of Raised Temperature (PE-RT) Tubing.

SSPEX-PC series 304 stainless steel pinch clamps are not used to secure cold expansion PEX fittings. To fasten ASTM F1960 Polysulfone (PPSU) cold expansion fittings or stainless steel cold expansion fittings, you must use an expandable PEX-A plastic collar as shown below.
