Can the GCC-xx series compression coupling be used in petroleum applications?

No! The GCC-xx series compression couplings are definitely not suitable for petroleum applications such as butane gasoline, diesel fuel, fuel oil, kerosene, liquefied natural gas or propane.

Our GCC series couplings are suitable for water applications to a maximum pressure rating of 150 PSI and a maximum temperature rating of 140°F (60°C).
