IMPORTANT: The pressure and temperature rating of the tubing with which the fittings will be used must be taken into consideration. The tubing maximum working pressure and temperature may be the limiting factor for the systems operating pressure and temperature, not the fitting. The working pressures will vary dramatically with the type of tubing chosen. Always refer to the tubing specifications from the manufacturer! Thermoplastic, copper, and aluminum tubing are suitable materials, the use of steel tubing is not recommended.
