What are the adjustment ranges for SQUARE D Class 9013GHG2 pressure switch?

The pressure range of a class 9013 GHG2J30 is adjustable, however ALL settings must fall withing the allowable adjustment range parameters as detailed below.

  • The CUT-OUT can be set within 60 to 200 PSI
  • The CUT-IN can be set within 40 to 170
  • The differential range is 20-40 PSI

For example, the following pressure range settings are within the adjustment parameters.

60 CUT-IN to 80 CUT-OUT (20 PSI differential)

60 CUT-IN to 100 CUT-OUT (40 PSI differential)

170 CUT-IN to 190 CUT-OUT (20 PSI differential)

160 CUT-IN to 200 CUT-OUT (40 PSI differential)

However, the settings below are NOT within the published parameters.

60 CUT-IN to 79 CUT-OUT (19 PSI differential is out of range)

60 CUT-IN to 101 CUT-OUT (41 PSI differential is out of range)

180 CUT-IN to 200 CUT-OUT (20 PSI differential – however the cut in is out of range)

40 CUT-IN to 81 CUT-OUT (41 PSI differential – however the cut out is out of range)
