How often should I replace the filter cartridge in my sediment filter?

ALWAYS FOLLOW THE MANUFACTURERS RECOMMENDATIONS!

All replacement cartridges have a limited service life. Changes in taste, odor, color or flow of the water being filtered are signals that replacement of the cartridge is OVERDUE!

It is highly recommended to change out the cartridge at least every six months minimum to prevent bacteria build up over time.

Helpful Tip: Get into the routine of changing cartridges at the same time you replace your smoke alarm batteries or change the clocks for day light savings time.
