How do I drill the well casing for installation of a PA-2XNL Pitless Adapter?

Below you will find 5 steps for the layout and drilling of the holes  required to install a "Double Hole" a.k.a. Shallow Well Jet Pitless" Part No.:  PA-2XNL 1-1/4" x 1" No-Lead Pitless Adapter.

These dimensions can be used as a guide in the set-up for cutting your two installation holes for a double hole PA-2XNL Pitless Adapter. The distance between the two hole centers is 3-1/4".

STEP 1. - Center punch where you would like your top hole.

STEP 2. - Measure straight down 3-1/4" and center punch the second center

NOTE: THIS IS NOT A TEMPLATE! (NOT TO SCALE) USE DIMENSIONS ONLY

STEP 3. - Cut your upper hole at 2-1/8" - Part # 28HS218

STEP 4. – Cut the lower hole at 1-3/4" - Part # 28HS134

NOTE: The gasket will allow for a reasonable variation from the hole size and the hole roundness.

STEP 5. - Remove sharp edges. The inner and outer part of the hole MUST be free from burrs.
