Boshart Yard Hydrant Warranty

Boshart Industries warranties this product to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of five years (YHBR, YHP, YHPHC) or seven years (YHSS, YHPCR, YHPHCCR) from the date of purchase. The components that make up the assembled unit of our yard hydrant are included in this warranty. The warranty only covers the replacement of the defective product or parts and does not include damage or labor costs incurred. Faulty installation, abuse and / or misuse of product in any manner that is not intended voids this warranty. This warranty is applicable under normal use and service provided its products are installed, used, and maintained in accordance with Boshart’s installation instructions, limitations issued by Boshart, and all applicable national and local codes. Boshart Industries will issue credit or replace product on warranty claims upon confirming the validity of the warranty claim. Notification must be given by the purchaser to Boshart immediately upon discovery of alleged defect. Boshart Industries reserves the right to request that any or all products being claimed for warranty be returned for inspection. All warranty claims must be made through the Wholesaler/Dealer where the product was purchased from. Under no circumstances will Boshart be liable for expenses to remove or reinstall the hydrant or for any damages to other property or equipment resulting from the removal or installation of such product.
