Boshart has invested in new laser marking equipment to provide the ability to offer personalized company logos and improve the quality and readability of the company contact information on our personalized well caps.
The manufacturing lead times and MOQ’s for personalized well caps can be provided by a customer service representative to verify accurate delivery.
The details for print area of each well cap are shown below. We have the capability to personalize 4” through 14” well caps if MOQ can be met.
Direct laser marking is available on WTC-A, WTCC-A and WTCL-A series at this time.
Please note direct laser marking to the well cap itself is not available on Cast Iron caps because the lasered area will rust with exposure to the elements. The powder coat painted Aluminum caps will not be available with direct markings yet, while we experiment with the depth of the marking and contrast. Name plate personalization is still available for Cast Iron and powder coat painted Aluminum caps only.
